Outline Family Origins - Bolton, Ormskirk, Liverpool then Leeds, Stockton and India
This branch of the family has not been linked to any other - as yet. With four children born in India then three more in Woolwich / Aldershot there should be some military service records for James.
Finding entries for the family of Arthur Sheekey has been difficult - and time consuming. And one of the last known entries was in the 1871 Census - where four of their children (Sarah Ann, Arthur, Margaret and Mary) are listed as orphans living with the Brown(e) family in East Lane, Leeds. The assumption is that this is the family of Ann Browne and this is supported by an entry in the 1851 Census - where James is listed as a grandson with James and Mary Browne.
